OKLAHOMA CITY / SOURCE-GATED VIEW
Citywide facts.
No false precision.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s completed 2024 Crime in Oklahoma report publishes an Oklahoma City Police Department row from the State Incident-Based Reporting System, which is compatible with NIBRS. It records 53,817 crimes: 14,237 against persons, 34,399 against property, and 5,181 against society.

WHY THE MAP IS PAUSED
Missing geography is not zero.
This is a completed 2024 agency summary, not a current-year incident feed. OCPD’s current public crime map is a separate viewing product and does not expose a stable anonymous row export that this ledger can independently classify and join to official patrol geography. Oklahoma City documents four main patrol divisions plus the smaller Bricktown subdivision, but this page does not redraw them as a crime choropleth.
Showing citywide values across neighborhood polygons would imply a distribution the source does not publish. This page therefore stays honest: it preserves the available measures and leaves the neighborhood layer visibly unavailable.
